Last week I decided I would clean my dinning room, like deep clean it. I have two shelves in the dinning room that holds food and small appliances so I cleaned them off and moved them out of the dinning room. I also moved the wonderful farm table my mother in law gave me. At this point the kids were at daycare and I really thought I could paint everything in the few hours they were gone. Well I had issues with the paint sprayer and that took 2 hours to fix. I'm still not sure if it was user error or if there is something wrong with the sprayer, but hey the job is done. After finally getting the sprayer to work I went to town on the walls, hoping I only needed one coat because I wouldn't have time to do a second coat before the kids got home.
Let's say we had pizza for dinner that night and TV time in mommy's bed. I was able to finish the dinning room the next day but still need to finish up the trim work. I seriously don't know how people paint homes for a living, I absolutely hated doing this one room. I am not looking forward to painting the rest of the house in a few months.
Paint does clean up easily when the BABY knocks it over. Yup, she was the troublemaker in this mess. I have these clothes in a storage bin, I think I will keep them as a great story telling tool when they get older. LOL
